The clients — a laid-back family of four and their beloved golden retriever — wanted a comfortable, low maintenance space that could stand up to parties and pets, sandy kids and sleepovers. The hitch: they were starting from scratch and quickly needed a move-in ready home that could serve as an outpost for work and study.
